Sex stunt people called in by the police

The police have called in Kistopher Schau, his band, and the loving couple for questioning after the couple had sex on stage during Schau’s concert at the Quart music festival Tuesday.

In spite of lack of formal complaints, the police have launched their own investigation of the sex stunt that took place during Cumshots’ concert Tuesday.

«First off all, the police want to question the people who were on stage, and talk to the management of the festival,» said Arne Pedersen at the police department, to TV 2 Nettavisen.

May face jail time
The police are investigating if the case is a possible breach of the criminal code’s paragraph 2001 regarding indecent conduct. The sentencing for such crimes is as much as one year in jail or fines.

Pedersen said that it is too early to say whether or not the Quart management may face legal prosecution because of the sex stunt.

«The investigation will conclude whether or not anybody besides the players on the stage have breached the law,» Pedersen stated.

Planned
The stunt had allegedly been planned for two months, but Cumshots’ Kristopher Schau said nothing to the organizers of the plans.

Tommy Holm Ellingsen, age 28, and Leona Johansson, age 21, entered the stage in the middle of the concert, took of their clothes and had sex, all while the band continued to play.

Even if it is illegal to have sex in a public place in Norway, the concert was not interrupted.
